COMPLAINT AGAINST BROKEN EQUIPMENT AND NO FEEDBACK

I had a complaint to this company, Event Medical Consultants (EMC) regarding equipment not working and inadequate services rendered on 2018-06-27. The complaint was emailed to the Chief Operating Official of the company and I requested investigation in this matter. He promised me to give me feedback. Up to date I have not received any feedback regarding the outcome of the complaint and if you complain to the company, they refer the complaint to the same person which attacked me in a WhatApp conversation that my journalist contacted them. I am highly disappointed in this company and the way they treat people. Them claiming the work with big companies like Toyota SA and BMW and other big events and serve the FNB stadium
