Poor service delivery

I found the above company on Google and requested them to assist me with leaking toilet sit.I requested them an invoice plus a guarantee letter once they are done as these are required by my house insurance. Their job was poor , they fixed one problem and created another one.Now my toilet is flushing continuosly without stopping.I informed them and promised to come back.Is now 7 days I'm sitting with this problem.I paid them R1650.00.But because they got their money they disregard my plea.The guy who assisted me does even want to disclose his nai.For me it shows that they are unprofessional and ***********.May I ply e assisted to get my money so that I can be able to get assistance from reliable and dedicated people who have transparent service delivery. Don't have they company number,but the unknown guy who assisted me are as follows
