************. False claims and excessive charges

Be very careful of these people. Their modus operandi is to advertise that they have no call out fee and no charge for quotes, only a small “testing fee”. They tell you that they only proceed with work once the quote is approved. However when they arrive on site they in fact carry on with no permission after which they present the customer with an excessive invoice. In my case they charged me over R2000 for one of these “jobs” and when i asked why they had proceeded with work without approval they became aggressive and threatenned my tenant even forcing their way back into the premises. These are ******. Avoid them.
