Unprofessional Hair and Nails service - Eve on Board Rosebank

They do not adhere to their booking times and the hairstylists prioritise more expensive styles. I made a booking for 13:15 to do my hair and when I left at 14:15 after finishing my nails, the hairstylists was still not done.

I also booked a manicure with Mendy and althout she was polite, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. I had to call another nail tech to show her how to remove dead skin and push back my cuticles. My nails have uneven edges and skin that has not been trimmed.

The only saving grace (and why this is not a 1 star) is that the pedicure I received from Lisa was perfect.
