Terrible terrible customer service

I went to the Carlswald branch. Terrible terrible customer service, I was attended to late. The lash technician, didn’t do what I booked for even though I told her what I want before she began and I was charged for her mistake. I asked for a redo because of an irritation, but they read my WhatsApp and have had no response.
