Poor hygiene and expertise

Carlswald branch- The environment was clean and quiet. The lash tech was also lovely.

Prices are of course reasonable, however the lashes were not at all what I expected. I did have a discussion about the lash technique right after she started because it didn’t feel like she was doing fans. I booked the volume or Russian volume, it turns out here it means getting more individual eyelashes.

I chose to sit through the appointment because I needed to get some lash extensions. I think these guys need to check the definition of their lash services or at least define to clients how it goes. It turned out the lash technician had no idea what fans were even though I showed her and that’s fine. The menu is just misleading for me.

The worst part of this experience for me has been having an eye infection. I am not sure what’s been the main cause, but I do know the lashes and/or glue have been poking my eye, it’s been itchy and watery, having needle-like feelings redness and stuff. Whenever I tried to brush the lashes it was really painful on specific parts of the lash line. It appears some lashes were glued on the skin, while other lashes were either clumped up to be stacked on one individual lash. I know one would suggest I should have gone back, but my reality is I didn’t want these guys to touch my eye one more time from pain, fear and feeling disheartened.

I’m not mad, I’m just really disappointed and I have regrets for coming here to get my lashes done. Whatever the errors were, you guys need to fix it. I’ve been waiting for my eye to heal in order to take out the lashes.Also, the lashes are not mink. I believe they are plastic. Please note, I have many experiences with eyelash extensions.
