No respect for bookings

The technician I booked took a walk-in during my appointment time slot. I ended up having to wait. The wait became long and was then assisted by another technician. What disappointed me most is that Lesego and the walking client blatantly keep discuss how she never has a client at this time hence she saw no need to book.

This is the second it’s happened at the Pretoria branch and Rivonia branch. Don’t make us book or even pick a technician if that isn’t going to be respected.
