My Eve On Board Nightmare Experience

I went to Eve On Board in Northdriding you guys and I have I must say, from the time i first went there to my last time, everything has changed.

I first went there because of their specials and after that for their Customer Service. that was until now.

they have 2 branches and I must say, the quality of work on both is shocking. I went there over the weekend to do my lashes, my hands, and my feet. firstly I paid for a "Gelish Soak-Off" where the lady just filed everything off as a post to filing the top and soaking off the rest. I had acrylic on my hands and once the soak-off was done, the nail prep before reapplying was not done. lol....I just sat there in shock. my lash extensions were burning and they put the fan in front of me and told me to use eye drops, it has been 2 days and my one eye is still red and burning.

I was not able to get my money back or a voucher because i didnt do my lash soak off at the same salon because i was unable to take 2 - 3 hours off from my work to get to their salon that is 40min away.
