Horrible sugaring experience

Absolutely devastating experience at the Northriding branch. A lady named Buhle did my sugaring and I was left with scarring on my lip. It was very aggressive and it burnt severely afterwards. The salon told me that the burning would subside after an hour but it didnt. The following two days I had severe bruising and now it has become a scar.

We contacted the branch to bring it to their attention but they were not helpful at all. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Their staff are not well trained and they are over priced.
