Eve on board: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/TERRIBLE BUSINESS

Poor service, poorly skilled staff! Save your time and money ,their reviews are terrible for a reason! My eyelash application was poorly done! I was in severe discomfort. Some of the individual eyelashes were placed too close to the inner skin of my eye and thus irritating my eyeball. My eyes were painfully swollen and red! When I asked the lash tech how she was going to remedy the situation she told me immediately they would not refund me instead she insisted that I reapply the lashes on my already highly irritated and swollen eyes( is this what they have been trained to do?). I have had my lashes done before with no problems but this was a horrific experience! They could care less about their clients … and their Instagram messages go unanswered! Waste of my time and money!
