Eve on board Midrand POOR Service LAKI

I have been doing my eyelashes at Eve on board Midrand for some time now with no issues. Yesterday I walk in and ask for the same Hybrid cluster eyelashes and instead I get classic ones and the tech says they are Hybrid clusters. Mind you I showed her a picture BEFORE we started of my previous eyelashes that she had put on. Once she was done I express my dissatisfaction and she still insists that these classic lashes are Hybrid clusters. I then suggests she fills them instead and she says "Not possible"

She then puts me in another room for 50 minutes saying we have one option and that's to remove them but it's going to cost me R130 or so. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? I ask her to call the manager which then says to me "If that's what the tech says then it means it's true coz she's an expert" then also suggests we remove them. Guys if anyone has done eyelashes before you would know HOW IT WOULD BURN TO SOAK OFF EYELASHES YOU HAVE JUST PUT ON.

Fast forward she then calls "customer care and they suggests she fills them. Please be reminded this was my first suggestion which I was told was impossible to do.

I'm utterly guttered and disgusted on their service and treatment. I was given customer care numbers to lodge a complaint. That number only goes through from a landline and not cellphone as I called after paying for something I didn't ask for. You cannot go the the shops to buy white bread then be given brown bread with extra slices to fix a mess YOU CREATED.
