Poor product quality

I am really disappointed at the quality of products used at this salon. I had my hair colored and cut which cost me over R800! In less than a month the colour has almost washed out and all the greys that we’re supposed to be covered are showing. I am from KZN and usually the same service cost me R500 and because of the high quality of products my color would last at least if not more than 2 months
