Eve and Steve Salon- Disappointing service

I have never been so disappointed in all the years of service I received from the eve and steve salon in zevenwatch mall. I walked out with my hair looking damaged, brittle and smelling like a mint tree. I was informed by the receptionist that the changed their products but the fee has increased. Last week I paid different amount, yesterday the amount went up. How does that make sense? You purchase cheaper products to wash your clients hair with but you increase the prices of your service.??? When I laid my complaint I was told in a very cold manner that I still need to pay the full price for my hair. This is what I get for years of support from the Eve and Steve salon in Zevenwatch Mall. Disgusting and disappointed client.
