Hi I would like to lay a complain about the bad service I received today from a one of the store in Evaton mall

The store name is Mahammad cell and sound shop

On the 8 of May 2022 I took my phone to the store for screen repairs but wen I got home when you make calls the screen suts down and the speakers is not working anymore after some few days I noticed thats its batteries when its shutdown it automatically tries to update its software but freeze for hours

When I went to the shop the owners tells me to pay more money to fixes the problem, I refused because I told them that my phone was working perfectly fine before I gave it to them

So I decided to go to the center manager to report the matter The security lady tried called his phone to let hom know that I was at his office instead he told the security to tell that I have no case because he foes not have proof of what I'm saying and he's not going to help me

My questions was is he a technician? I need mu money back or the should repair my phone
