Improper sales technique

They sold me a top loader with a written 30 day warranty. Machine proved to be faulty. After several calls to Adam, and being very rudely told that I am not a technician, the machine is still not refunded, replaced or repaired according to the CPA. Written reply and proof from Samsung that the machine is faulty, proofs to be of no interest to them, and is still not attended to. Appears they hide faults from their buyers, and refuse to resolve problems.
