<p>We recently purchased a EvaKOOL cooler box. It turned out it leaked and as such was not very efeective. I send an e-mail to EvaPort Outdoor, the suppliers in South Africa and within a few days a courier delvered a new cooler box to me. No debates. No excuses. Just service. Thank you and well done!</p>
