Tombstone Insult and Embarrassment

Evans and Son have made a mess of my father's tombstone, have admitted the flaws, promised to correct them and are now not contactable. In 2006 they did a beautiful job of sandblasting my mother's tombstone. So when my father died last year (2018) we went back to them with disastrous results. They took an age to complete the stone and there was never any feedback upon it's completion. They responded to an email at first accepting responsibility for the poor job, indicating what they would do to rectify the situation but have done nothing in the last 4 months. The manager is never available when I call, she doesn't respond to emails and fails to return calls. In the interim a tombstone which insults the memory of my father stands at the entrance to our town cemetery and had received comment on how awful it looks. It is impacting our family reputation and is poor tribute to a well-loved man. I am very disappointed.
