This guy stole my money!!!!!!

We wanted to build 2 x Nutec houses for my 2 children. Called Evan ( ********** ) after reviewing his ads on Gumtree, looked legit enough, no bad reviews found AT THE TIME....... He also sounded honest and sincere and eager to quote and do the job. His terms were: 50% deposit to buy the material 25% payment when the structure was up And 25% on completion.........last balance Evan asked for the balance to sort plumbing and electrical out the next day and like good Christians we trusted that he would not run away.....WELL HE DID!!!!!! We have to redo EVERYTHING as he clearly does not know what he is doing. I could press my finger through the foundation, that's how thin it was. This is now costing us double!!! PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP INDEPENDANT SMALL CONTRACTORS!!!
