No wWarranty Help; Buyers Beware

We purchased a power redlining loveseat from Evan Furniture. Not only did the recliner come with a warranty, we purchased an extended 5 year warranty. The recliner is less than a year old and the power function ceased to work.

We called the store and they told us a service man would be out to look at the recliner. The service man looked at the recliner, stated that the problem was a warranty issue but that he did not have the part to fix it with him. He further stated that he would call us when he got the part,

The service man did not call us so we called the store and we were told to contact the the service man. We did and he told us to wait a month,and that he would call us.

We then got an adverti*****t from the store announcing that the store was closing and that we were invited to attend their sale. We suspect that in a month their will be no one to call about the warranty service, especially since when we asked about this the person on the phone just said, "good bye" and then hung up.
