Be CAREFUL of EVENS FASTER ELECTRICAL!!!

On 11/10/2017 I engaged the services of Even Faster Electrical to come look at our geyser as there was no hot water caused as a result of the storms we had this past week, which resulted in our complex not having electricity for two days. With a 6 year old and a 4 year old and the whole school rush in the morning, you can only but imagine how urgently I needed assistance as my insurance company 24/7 number was faulty. Nonetheless, I called Even Faster Electrical at 05:31 (found them on via Google) and spoke to the owner, he indicated to me that he will come out at 08:00/08:30 depending on traffic. Needless to say, his technicians only arrived at 10:00. They conducted an inspection of the geyser and informed me that the element, flange rubber and thermostat needed replacement due to a power surge. After receiving a report from his technicians, the owner called me to inform me of what needed to be done. I asked him what it would cost, he indicated R2030.00, he further went on to say that I should not buy the items that needed to be repalced from Builders as their prices are inflated as he has already bought the items. Of course this was a lie as his prices were the inflated ones. I informed him that I will be lodging a claim with my insurance, when they pay out I will pay him. He agreed and went as far as saying, he deals with insurance companies they will call him and confirm the repairs that needed to be done. So they proceeded to do the work. I then get a call from his technician informing me they are done with the repair work, I now need to pay on a COD basis. I informed him I wont be doing that as his boss and I had spoken and agreed that they would be paid upon insurance settling the claim (I had already prepared all paper work with insurance company, I was just awaiting their report on the faults found).Then the fireworks started, the owner called me and sore at me left right and centre, telling me he will flood my house if he does not get is money then and there. I asked him for an invoice, he told me he cant send me an invoice as he is on the road, he does not have time for people such as me, should he stop his other call outs because of me etc. The verbal abuse was non-stop and layered with a racial undertone. He was paid ultimately. PLEASE DO NOT USE EVEN FASTER ELECTRICAL! They are ******!!!
