Poor service from Everlasting furniture

It has been the poorest service I have recieved from a company. I paid for a home visit for a consult a bedroom design for my toddlers room. A young gentle walked into my house and asked me for a picture of I wanted and left. No feedback, no design, no communication after that. I contacted the company and they said they have a design drawn up for a bunk bed which I didn't want. Thereafter there was no communication besides saying that there is no refunds... so unprofessional. I can't believe I got ********** for a 5 minute consult for nothing. My suggestion is don't ask for a home consult!!!!
