Bad Workmanship

Worst service and pathetic quality of cushions, feels like I am sitting on a hard floor. I don't think my couch was even quality checked for the workmanship. I returned my first order due to incorrect measurement by a previous employee and nothing matched the design I gave. John the new assigned sales person who worked with Angela to ensure we get a correct couch. We insisted on seeing this couch before it got delivered, we were send to their warehouse in Industria. I knew from the moment i set foot in that factory that my couch had just been made that morning because I was tired of waiting and making follow up's. SLA was not met!!! The quality of the couch cushions is light and UNCOMFORTABLE, the only thing they got right was the size and design. Gave my feedback and no one cared to reply.
