Great Experience!

Initially I was a new client to this company and I was abit unsure of my purchase, I then got through to an agent to assist me with my purchase and I had alot of questions regarding the company which he was more than happy to assist me with providing answers to every question I had aswel as links showing reviews and recommendations. I then found out it was actually the owner of the company I was talking to and he was extreamly informative and helpful. I then decided to go forward with my purchase.

After I had purchased the card he said the delivery date would be on a Tuesday which was perfect as I ordered the Friday and the Monday was a public holiday however I had asked if it would be at all possible to have the card sooner as I was on leave the next week and would like to use the card in my leave. This legend of a man was able to organize that I could collect the card even sooner than the delivery date as a once off favor to which I am grateful! As he explained this was a once off happy circumstance to which he reached out knowing I wanted the card sooner.

I will be using this company alot in the future and will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and colleagues. They went the extra mile for a brand new customer which really says alot about their great customer service and rapid response on my questions.

I would give this company 6 stars if I could.
