Great product, poor service levels

The product quality is good, however dealing with Eva-Last in Cape Town is very difficult. The telephone went unanswered, calls were not returned, communication between Eva-Last and the installer was inadequate - the final approved plan was not supp**** to the installer. The initial delivery was incomplete and the installer had to purchase materials so as not to delay the project. All of this damaged my trust of the product as a whole.
