Quality customer service.

I've had an issue with them last year, as I brought my JBL boombox for battery replacement. However, the issue was a chain log problem from head quarters JBL.

I have finally received my speaker backed, with a new battery. The staff is friendly and really do try and assist when can.

The battery was an issue outside of their control, and they handled the problem as best as they could.
