Bad excuse for bad attitude and promises

Handed in a Phillips TV for repair and still waiting a month later to get back. They have informed me that there is nothing wrong with TV but I must pay R450 for the pick up and return. They do not install so I will have to pay another company to install. I have been promised on many occasions that they will deliver, but fail to turn up but always have a ready excuse.<br> I run my own business and make appointments which have to be cancelled to accommodate them, which in turn they never turn up, and I lose credabiltiy with my clients.<br> It is now 10.45, tv should have been here by 10.00.
