Poor product and workmanship and despicably disappointing service and attitudes

I recently purchased an alleged modern trendy kitchen from what I thought to be the experts in kitchens, from Eurotrend in Greenstone Edenvale, little did I know how *********, dishonest and unprofessional the owners are. The initial experience was extroadinary, dealing with the designers and experiencing that nothing was too much for them, they promised the world to my wife and promised to deliver a fully functional kitchen in +- 5 weeks, before a wedding that I was hosting in my home. After paying a deposit of almost half the total value +- R200k, without appliances, as requested by the supplier, I was then told that the trim timer fillers in natural wood wasn't available, so I settled for second best, then another week later I was told that the specific timber chosen for the doors was not in stock and I would be offered the spray-painted option. After inspection of a sample of the painted timber which looked superb, my wife and I agreed to accept the alternative. Weeks later I was informed that cabinets were ready for fitment and asked to make the balance of payment. Upon fitting Both my wife and I noticed a filler panel above the oven which wasn't part of design, Oven and Microwave installed at incorrect levels and not fully installed (loose mountings. Doors had orbital marks from the polisher and some finishes were matt and others partly gloss with extensive paint blemishes. There were unnecessary drilled holes in obvious places which was an eyesore. Numerous items quoted for were never delivered nor fitted. Wood chips on the timber was very noticeable and protruding *****s were clearly visible where it shouldn't be. Timber was split in several places and not attended to nor replaced. The overall finish was nothing short of despicable and a disappointment. Eurotrend then proceeded to “fix” what was deemed to be unacceptable by their own designers and fitters. In doing so we were without cupboard doors for several weeks. When they finally were ready for installation of the doors the overall product finish was worse-off than the initial installation and even more issues popped up from the first time around. The owners were extremely rude and unprofessional passing unsavoury comments, slander and using vulgarity. Now third time around they are refusing to fix their mistakes or refund my money and removal of their disaster, which has now left me with an eyesore and an unpleasant situation. I urge the public to refrain from dealing with such an ************ business. I do not support dishonesty and will make every effort to discredit these misleading characters.
