Poor customer service experience

I bought a steam shower and Geberit black toilet set. 1. The toilet was not black (this was discovered weeks later when it was installed since it was in the box) 2.The person who installed my shower from the shop did a shoddy job my shower is leaking and I've been been calling him and the shop with no luck.
