Eurotrend Greenstone a disgrace

We purchased several sanitary items (x4 baths) from this retailer, sales lady Gugu. We have since logged issues with them re the Hydro bath. To date we are struggling to get them to return calls, send out technician to have a look at the faucets which are off-centre, lights which are not going on. The bath now looks inferior, products that are brought in from China under the guise of Euro-style. I would not recommend them to anyone. The owner/director (Sasha) is absolutely arrogant and useless. If their business is successful thsn its purely because they are doing the consumer in, they offer no after-sales service!! Once they have your money, they are done with you. Also note, we were not informed, that if the item is out of the box it cannot be returned, even at the 15% handling fee. From the sales person to the owner, service standards are putrid.
