Appauling Service

7 months ago we ordered cladding stones from Eurotrend. the shipment would have taken about 8 weeks 2 arrive. 2date we have been patiently waiting & haven't received it. Every time when we follow up we r told the container hasn't arrived. 2day, I called the H/Office & upon being answered, I identified myself . The guy said his name was Ruben. I asked him if I could speak to some1who was in charge with the shipping. He said \sorry not for us"and just as I was trying 2 make sense of his response & explain the reason for my call he again repeated by saying \""not for us\"" and hung up on me. By this time"
