Appalling poor product and bad owner

Most appalling and shocking after sales service. Purchased a vanity for my bathroom and after a few months at the built in handle its starting splitting. I called the company several times with no response for almost 6 months. I than decided to visit them I got the number of the owner Sacha called him was not available and he never returned by call. I called him a day later he asked me send him pictures which I did. Within minutes a get a call from advising me that the door was trechned in water. I told him that is not possible, he than tells me it was caused by the steam in the bathroom. Surely vaneties are Built for bathroom and should accept steam, which bathroom has no steam. Nevertheless the man Cache is arrogant not willing to accept responsibility and will not honor his guarantee and commitment. It's a disgrace
