Went to collect rental Tux but these characters are still sewing!?

Went to collect rental Tux for kids matric farewell. Went twice before to fit and do measurements. Eurosuit says collect today and when we get there nothing was ready. Wait. wait wait and eventually someone comes to take pants and waist measurement and rushes into the back to sew. Eventually pants fit but jacket too short by miles! Another rush to the back room to sew. What should have taken 5 minutes took 3 times longer and I am still not convinced it fits kid properly. Never again.
