The most terrible customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning I just want to report the MOST terrible customer service EVER. Eurosuit Parkview Branch Pretoria East. I am still waiting for my refund of R750 its been more than 7 days. They can't give me an answer when my money will be paid back. I don't know what to do anymore please help me with reporting them!!!!!
