Terrible Quality and Refusal to Refund

We rented groomsmen's suits from Eurosuit in Canal Walk. Upon pickup of the suit it was clear that the quality of the suits were horrible. We immediately cancelled, requested a refund and made alternative arrangements.

It has now been a month with no refund forthcoming. The manager, Reagan Olyn, originally managed the refund process, but has now gone missing.

I would strongly recommend against making use of Eurosuit as you will be left disappointed and out of pocket.
