Still waiting for refund

I rented suits from Eurosuit in Canal Walk and paid a R1000 deposit on 31 December 2015. When I returned the suit I filled in a form for the deposit and was told that it will take seven days to reimburse me the deposit. Seven days passed and still nothing from Eurosuit. I phoned them continuously and was always told that head office will sort the matter out. It is now the middle of February 2016 almost and I am still waiting for Eurosuit to reimburse the deposit. Enquiring about the deposit was a call wasting exercise since nothing has come from it.
