Poor service.

On the 25th of January, I paid for a suit at Rivonia Eurosuit, only to realise that the price i was charged was not the actual price, there was a miscommunication. On request of a refund i was told that the process takes 5 to 7 working days. I have been calling since Tuesday the 4th of February to ask why it is taking long for my refund. Today is the 7th, i called again and told it will be processed on Tuesday the 11th, and will be paid into my account thereafter. I have to wait 3 weeks if not more just for a refund so pathetic.
