Poor customer service, pathetic attitude

I went to Eurosuit Sandton and purchased a suit for my wedding. The suit I chose was the last available one in store and displayed on a mannequin, this was however not an issue for me until later when I opened the suit at home to fit it on with a shirt. Various marks were visible on the suit (iron and watermarks). I contacted Euro Suit to explain this and was told there was no manager in store for three days. Eventually I went into the store to see the manager who was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I was told that I could not receive a refund- which I was not informed of when I purchased the suit and nor is there any refund/exchange policy on the slip. I then went to the Rivonia branch and spoke to a supervisor who was slightly more understanding and willing to listen. I left the store with the promise of a response which I haven't yet received and I remain dissatisfied. I am extremely disappointed and my experience with Euro Suit has become a nightmare. All I want is to return the suit and a refund as I cannot possibly wear a suit in this condition.
