Lack of interest for customer satisfaction

As a groom, I visited Euro Suit at the Crescent, (Umhlanga, Durban) where I paid full cost the hire a suit 37 days prior the collection date. I requested for the branch to cancel the hire as my wife to be wasn't happy with the suit I chose. The cancellation was logged 22 days prior collection date. After which was escalated to JHB office 13 days prior the collection date. Euro Suit emporium have a cancellation policy that declares cancellations are required 5 days prior collection in order to be refunded any deposits. The wedding is over, I no longer require any suit or such attire from the Euro Suit company and I still await refund of my payment. Honestly, the only word to describe such an organisation is "*******" and I will never do business with them again.
