Lack of communication

If I can give no start that wil also work for me and I told them that the communication skills are extremely bad. We were help by Mervin don’t know if I am spelling this correctly.

We are still waiting for him to call us it have been 3 weeks already. First he told us on the 11/09/2022 that he will call us on 13/09/2022 ,Tuesday come and go and we hurt nothing after that we called him and he said he will get back AND STILL NOTHING !!

I will not recommend this company because they make promises they just can’t keep.

We did call after we meet up with him BUT he did not even follow up and still no suite
