False information

On the 4th of February 2017, I bought a suit from your Boksburg branch. I was attended to by Siyabonga and he told me that all alterations would be done free of charge if I returned on a later stage. I returned to your shop on the 8th of October 2017 to hand in the suit for alterations. I was then attended by a person not wearing a name badge so I could not get his name. He then informed me that the alterations would cost R250. Siyabonga was not on duty to explain the matter.

The doors to your fitting rooms does not close and this causes an embarrassing situation in front of over customers.

If I was aware of the level of service that I would receive, I would've gone to another shop.
