Eurosuit is the worst

My groomsmen paid for suits as Euro suits in Johannesburg. We cancelled the order days before the due dates. However to get the refund we have been sent from pillar to post. The staff is rude, when I called in after 10 days of the cancellation they always take my name and never call back when they promised to call back. The manager there who goes by the name of Nkomo is also rude, he makes promises to call back and never does. As per policy it takes 5 to 7 working days to refund the customer but I am sitting way above that. Euro suit has the worst service ever. I will never buy anything there.
