Putting my life in danger

On Sat 13 June 2015 I was traveling from Sun Valley to Blue Route Mall over Ou Kaapse Weg. Your bakkie (see photos) CA 222600 was driving so reckless. He drove with a speed and he has overtaken 4 cars on a solid line and squeezed in front of me, almost pushing me off the road. When I hooted at them I got the finger. The oncoming traffic actuallt had to give way to prevent one hell of an accident. I am going to report this to Metro Police and SAP on Monday. I want a apology from the driver. I include the photos.
