Worst hotel experience ever!

I checked in to Europrime hotel on 5 June 2015 for business. On the morning of 6 June, there was no hot water in my room and my colleague's room next door. We called reception and they were very unhelpful. They first sent someone who asked us to keep the tap on for 2 minutes. We did this and there was still no hot water. Thereafter, they sent housekeeping to my colleague's room and it turned out the geyser had not been switched on. They expected us to just wait an hour for the water to get hot even though we had somewhere to be. No one bothered to apologies for the inconvenience or seemed to understand the magnitude of the mess up. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel. The service is shockingly bad.
