For an establishment advertised as a hotel, it offers poor service, displays unfriendly behavior towards guests. The rooms are quite cold, and there was a period when there was no hot water available. Despite claiming to provide a dinner and breakfast package, they merely provide a voucher to purchase food at a nearby roadhouse, which turns out to be quite unpleasant. Going to the roadhouse is at your own cost! Additionally, their phones are not working, and room service is unavailable. If you wish to have a meal in your room, I regret to inform you that you will need to visit their kitchen. Furthermore, the rooms do not provide bottled water, so you'll need to either consume tap water from the bathroom or purchase it at the reception. Lastly, it's essential to clarify that this is not a hotel, so one should not be deceived by its name; it is, in fact, just a guest house.
