Ebay

I have ordered and paid for 3 items through ebay Sept 2020. I have not yet received any one of the parts and it doesn't help me at all to send complants to ebay because they just don't reply at all. It seems like I am not important enough to them or they just choose to ignore my e mails to them. Where to now???? I don't know. I have previously ordered items on ebay and rxperienced no problems. This time around a completely different case. Why????
