ask for tracking numbers ALWAYS
This is a bit long, but it's just that the parcel has no tracking number and has not arrived here in Kempton Park. I ordered 2 WASHERS ***** from China; Paid the amount, Gave the address and was told the package would be shipped. I was informed the package would be with me between April 8 2020 to May 18 2020. To date, nothing. I was given the account number. I've sent several e-mails to find out where is the parcel. I was informed it is in the country, 'WAIT" syshop18 has sent a question about item #*** They have not responded. The Post Office is of no help. I sent another request for a tracking number, or some help. The mail was returned, they have blocked any further calls for information as to where is the parcel

Your previous message I am very aware of the fact the fact that Covid-19 has turned the world upside down. I would just like to know if my order was:
1) despatched to South Africa,
2) has it arrived in South Africa
3) was it accepted in South Africa
4) or was it returned to sender in China.
I am very aware of the fact that we have been in Total Lockdown up until Level 3. I just do not know who to contact to track this parcel.
