Zero Rating

I had left my Powerbank in the vehicle I returned. I contacted Lost and Found when I discovered it missing. No-one called me back for an update. I had to personally visit Eurpocar for feedback. The car was hired out twice with no-one caring to retrieve my item. Appalling service. Disengaged staff. Now when I call the phone gets dropped. Other times it just rings and rings before disconnecting. I rate them zero (0).
