Zero customer etiquette. I regret ever making this booking!

Absolutely disgusting attitude and no regard for customer etiquette and service. I spent 15 minutes on hold then called again and spoke to such a rude and unhelpful person called Moe or Mo. He was not willing to assist and was condescending to the point that I actually hung up the phone with no resolve to my issue. I made a reservation through Rentalcars.com and I wanted to find out out if I needed a credit card for when I collect the vehicle, I was trying to understand what other alternatives there are for me as I do not own a credit card and the initial booking was paid for using my debit card. I still have no indication as to what I need to do. Rentalcars.com is almost impossible to reach on the phone. I mean come on guys this is ridiculous! I regret ever making this booking.
