WORST SERVICE - NO RESPONSE FROM TEAM

I have yet to hear back from the staff at Tempest car hire / Europcar CT. I hired a car for a period of 4 days whilst on a business trip. The boot did not even open. On drop off , the car was inspected and signed off. I get an email the next day saying the entire boot inner is broken and that I am now liable for the damage. Such shocking service. I need my deposit back and no one bothers to respond or resolve this. DO OT USE THIS CAR HIRE COMPANY!!!!!!!
