Worst Service Ever!!

<p>I cant really complain about bad service because I received NO service at all.</p> <p>I have an issue where I paid cash for delivery of a vehicle, and cash for the collection of same, and these collection and delivery fees were deducted AGAIN from my deposit. i have spoken to various people at EuropSUCKScar, and they promise to follow up. Nobody has ever asked for my receipts or proof of my payment. They check on their system and see that i have made payments, but nobody calls back to follow up. Contacting EuropSUCKScar has become a weekly task for me and yet no feedback from them.</p> <p>What is worse, the Europcar professional who collected the car took cash from me, and never issued a receipt, and obviously never paid the money over at the office. THEFT should be a dismissable offense but even this has been tolerated by Europcar and I, the loyal customer, is the one losing at the end. </p> <p>I feel so strongly about NEVER using Europcar again that i have cancelled my Insurance with DialDirect who use them as a service provider!</p> <p>Please think twice when using Europcar. The same thing might happen to you!</p>
